About Lygature

A non profit organization that brings academia industry and society together. All Lygature partners have access to expertise on drug development, data management, medical technology, global public health, patient engagement, financial and legal support.

  • Amsterdam UMC: partner in EPND. Research and publishing EPND data, running EPND. To be able to detect early onset of neurodegenerative diseases. 
  • UMC Utrecht: MOMENTUM (2020) coordination (study for MR-Guided adaptive therapy-magnetic resonance radiation therapy), ILLUMINATE coordination (aims to transform cancer treatment by enhancing metabolic imaging) 
  • Erasmus MC: supports CONTRAST program – multistakeholder effort to develop innovative stroke treatments 
  • Radboud umc: CONTRAST 2.0 (2024), TI Pharma project to clinic: trial malaria vaccine (2017)

Uganda, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal: PZQ ADOPT programme, closing treatment gap for young children to eliminate schistosomiasis. Part of ADOPT program- large scale delivery of the treatment for preschool-aged children. 

Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa, Vietnam, Philippines, Moldova, Brazil: UNITE4TB trial sites against tbc. Academia & industry united innovation and treatment

Fits CoP3 because spreading of NTDs links to climate/globalization.
